Ingredients-
- 300 gms - Potato (boiled)
- 150 gms - Peas (boiled till soft)
- 150 gms - Spinach (boiled)
- 1/2 cup - Coriander Leaves (chopped)
- 2" piece - Ginger (grated)
- 1 tbsp - Chaat Masala
- 1-2 tbsp - Cornflour or Rice flour (as a binding agent)
- Salt to taste
- Cooking oil
- The quantity of cornflour is approximate. Please adjust it according to your batter.
- Spinach once boiled should be drained of all the extra water before making into a paste. The extra water can loosen your Kebab batter. ]
Method-
- Mix and mash potatoes, peas and spinach till a smooth paste is formed.
- Add all other remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Keep in refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Remove from refrigerator and for patties.
- Heat a non-stick pan and put some oil.
- Roast the patties from both sides to your desired crispness.
Serve hot with MINT CHUTNEY..!!!!
