Ingredients-
- 1 cup - Suji
 - 1/2 cup - Aata (Wheat flour)
 - 1/2 cup - Maida (White flour)
 - 1/2 cup - Curd
 - 8-10 strands - Kesar (Saffron)
 - 1 tsp - Baking Powder
 - 1/2 tsp - Baking Soda
 - 1 cup+2 tbsp - Powdered Sugar
 - 1/2 cup - Milk
 - 1/2 cup - Oil/ Butter
 - 4-5 - Elaichi (Green cardamom) - powdered
 - Handful of Almonds- Grated
 
Method-
- Sift together suji, aata, maida, baking powder and baking soda. Keep aside.
 - In a big bowl, combine curd, butter/oil and sugar.
 - Stir until sugar is fully dissolved.
 - Add the sifted mixture, kesar, elaichi powder, grated almonds and milk.
 - Beat into a smooth mixture.
 - Grease the baking tin. (DO NOT DUST)
 - Preheat oven to 200 degree.
 - Evenly pour batter into baking tin.
 - Sprinkle some remaining grated almonds on top.
 
Bake for around 30 minutes!!!
this cake is jus amazing..........i have made it 5 times........n it tastes osem......!!!!!!!!
