I love eating Dosa or Idlis with Tomato Chutney rather than Sambar.
But not all places have a good flavor of it. So I finally found one that tastes AMAZING.
This one is for South Indian Lovers!!
Ingredients-
- 4 - Onions (big)
- 2 - Tomato
- 4 pcs - Garlic (small pieces)
- A small piece - Ginger
- Curry Leaves (Kadi Patta)
- A bit less than 1 tsp - Salt
- 1/2 tsp - Red chilli powder
Method-
- Cut and fry onion, garlic, ginger and curry leaves till golden brown.
- Add red chilli and salt.
- Add the cut pieces of tomato and fry again.
- Cool the entire mixture.
- Grind it in food processor to form a thick paste.
Tomato Chutney is ready!!!
